この写真が、先週木曜日、金曜日僕をいらっとさせていた。僕の店の前は古い道で、どうもセブンイレブンの上の方から流れてくる水が、傾斜の関係で止まる。本当はもっと下の方に排水溝がある。傾斜の関係で、そのまで行かず店の前に。放置しておくと、ヘドロのような悪臭を放つ。木曜日綺麗に水を流しゴミを拾った。翌日金曜日に来てみると、まだ水浸し。ヘドロ再開。さあどうするかと思案していた時、ウォーキングの老婆が、水浸しのヘドロから、大きなゴミを拾い上げ持ち去った。その光景を見て、愕然とした。その老婆に「あなたはその店をする資格ありますか？」と、後ろ姿が云ったような気がした。もちろんその後、水を全て下流に流し、ヘドロを掬った。61のじいさんにして、気がつくのはいささか遅い。中村天風さんが、よこしたのかな。修行が足りず。やはり日々勉強である。
This photo shows what was driving me crazy last Thursday and Friday. In front of my shop is an old road, and water flowing down from above the 7-Eleven tends to pool here due to the slope. There’s actually a drainage ditch further down, but because of the slope, the water doesn’t reach it and instead pools right in front of my shop. If left alone, it starts to smell like sludge. On Thursday, I cleaned out the water and picked up the trash. When I came back the next day, Friday, it was still flooded. The sludge had returned. Just as I was pondering what to do, an elderly woman out walking picked up a large piece of trash from the sludge-filled puddle and carried it away. Seeing that scene, I was stunned. Her retreating figure seemed to say, “Do you even have the right to run that shop?” Of course, after that, I drained all the water downstream and scooped out the sludge. For a 61-year-old man, realizing this was a bit late. Perhaps Mr. Nakamura Tenpu sent me this lesson. My training is insufficient. Indeed, daily study is essential.

2012年今日店をオープンした。色々な方のお世話になり、極力お金がかからないようにした。当然である。お客様が、来るかどうかもわかないのである。最初の４，5年は、お客様がお越しにならない事を見越して、ハレクラニホテルの中古の家具を置き待った。そんなスタートから13年。パンデミックで、1年と10ヶ月クローズしたが、その他の4000日休まず営業している。お客様、スタッフ、家族に感謝したい。まだ出来る。
We opened our doors on this day in 2012. With help from many people, we kept costs as low as possible. Naturally so. We didn’t even know if customers would come. For the first four or five years, anticipating that customers might not visit, we placed used furniture from the Halekulani Hotel and waited. Thirteen years have passed since that start. We closed for one year and ten months during the pandemic, but other than that, we’ve operated without a break for 4,000 days. I want to thank our customers, staff, and family. We can still do this.

2時間半前に、スーパームーンの撮影に行った。今日は17時20分に、月がのぼった。日没は17時52分。今までにない感じだった。海からのぼった月は、まだ海が青く少し神秘的であった。面白いな。
Two and a half hours ago, I went out to photograph the supermoon. Today, the moon rose at 5:20 PM. Sunset was at 5:52 PM. It felt unlike anything I’d experienced before. The moon rising from the sea, with the ocean still blue, was a bit mysterious. Interesting.
两个半小时前，我出门去拍摄超级月亮。今天月亮在17点20分升起，日落时间是17点52分。这种景象前所未有。从海面升起的月亮，映衬着仍泛着青色的海面，透着几分神秘感。真有趣啊。
2시간 반 전에 슈퍼문 촬영을 하러 갔다. 오늘은 17시 20분에 달이 떴다. 일몰은 17시 52분. 지금까지 느껴보지 못한 느낌이었다. 바다에서 뜬 달은 아직 바다가 푸르러 약간 신비로웠다. 재미있네.

久しぶりに感じの良い新婚さんをお相手した。駒込から。鶯谷園の焼き肉の話を2週間前にしたら昨日燃えてしまった（涙）。残念。さて僕の出勤日は木曜日終日。金曜日は11時から13時。月曜日、火曜日は11時から13時。来週の木曜日も終日いる。
It’s been a while since I served such a pleasant newlywed couple. They came from Komagome. I mentioned the yakiniku place in Uguisudani-en two weeks ago, and yesterday it burned down (tears). What a shame. Now, my workdays are all day Thursday. Friday is 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Monday and Tuesday are 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. I’ll also be there all day next Thursday.
久違地接待了一對氣質出眾的新婚夫婦。從駒込來的客人。兩週前才聊過鶯谷園的烤肉店，結果昨天就燒毀了（淚）。真可惜。那麼我的出勤時段如下：週四全天；週五上午11點至下午1點；週一、週二上午11點至下午1點。下週四也將全天在店。
오랜만에 기분 좋은 신혼 부부를 상대했다. 고마고메에서 왔다. 우구이스다니엔의 불고기 이야기를 2주 전에 했는데 어제 불타버렸다(눈물). 아쉽다. 자, 내 출근일은 목요일 종일. 금요일은 11시부터 13시까지. 월요일, 화요일은 11시부터 13시까지. 다음 주 목요일도 종일 있다.
